Onsite Recruitment Account Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 experienced Onsite Recruitment Account Coordinators to look after our onsite temporary workers based at our prestigious site - days and afternoons available.

 

As the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator you will be well versed in providing the day-to-day support of an on-site operation, including recruitment, inductions, check ins and payroll etc and are happy to work later/with some flexibility when needed.

As an experienced Onsite Recruitment Coordinator you will be expected to:-

 

  • Build the relationship with the onsite client

  • Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.

  • Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

  • Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.

  • Conduct review and disciplinary meetings as required

  • You must be an experienced Onsite Recruitment Coordinator and to dealing with onsite issues.

 

You will need to be:-

 

  • Calm under pressure

  • Be extremely organised and possess

  • Excellent administration & communications skills and possess

  • A full driving licence
