Having spent over 30 years working in recruitment, I understand the industry from the inside. I know how difficult it can be to find good recruiters, and equally how important the right career move can be for a candidate.
I take the time to understand both sides. For clients, that means getting to know your business, culture and what you really need from your next hire. For candidates, it means understanding what you want from your next move before suggesting opportunities that genuinely make sense.
Confidentiality is hugely important to me. Your details will always be treated with discretion and your CV will never be sent to a company without your express permission.
I believe in straightforward, honest communication. That means keeping people informed, giving genuine feedback where I can and never trying to force a fit that isn’t right.
