Are you an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager who is working in - or wants to work in - the Construction / Technical sector and is looking to get your teeth into a new challenge?

This role is working for a well-known Blue-Chip company who have branches all over the UK.
This is a very established branch who are already supplying businesses with hundreds of contractors across the Midlands..

So if you`re an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager (sector experience is desirable but not essential) and:-

• Are from a recruitment agency background

• Consider yourself to be an experienced manager who thrives on developing people

• Have some experience / interest in the Construction / Technical sectors

• Are very familiar with back office procedures and
