Recruitment Consultant - Delivery

As an Account Manager / Recruitment Delivery Consultant you will be expected to:-

• Build client relationships and manage multiple clients

• Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face

• Register new candidates who have responded to job adverts

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

• Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.

• Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.

You must be an experienced Account Manager / Recruitment Delivery Consultant.
