Recruitment Account Manager / Resourcer

We`re looking for a good solid Account Manager / Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the candidate sourcing side of an industrial desk in a busy vibrant office. There is no element of sales in this particular role.

The role is going to be primarily recruiting temporary staff for a busy industrial desk. This agency (with multiple branches) has plenty of new business, hence why are they expanding their teams. If you want to be part of their success then please read on.........

As an Account Manager / Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-

• Recruit Industrial temporary staff

• Build relationships with candidates and clients

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face

• Account manage multiple industrial clients

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

As the Account Manager / Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant you will receive:-

• A basic salary of £26 - £29k + Bonus (c£3-5k pa)
