Recruitment Resourcer

We`re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer and/or Account Manager who enjoys the candidate sourcing side of a busy desk. There is no sales element in this role. We`re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer and/or an Account Manager who wants to work for a rapidly expanding and very busy recruitment agency in this hybrid role.

This role will require you to source candidates for numerous positions via varying means including job boards, internal databases and Linked In etc. This role is not just about dealing with advert response, it needs a proactive Recruitment Resourcer and/or Account Manager who knows how to proactively search for those hidden candidates.

As the Recruitment Resourcer and/or Account Manager you will be:-

• Working as part of a team resourcing candidates

• Responsible for delivering candidates across multiple sectors to your team of Consultants

• Manage all advert responses

• Proactively source for those hard-to-find candidates

• Recruit for a wide range of roles

• Build relationships with candidates and clients

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
