As an experienced 360 Perms Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:-

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

• Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face

• Build client relationships and account manage clients.

• Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.

• Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.

To the successful 360 Perms Recruitment Consultant, we offer:-

• Basic salary of up to £35k

• A very generous bonus scheme of 35% once you`ve invoiced £15k in a quarter

• 4:30pm finish on a Friday

• The potential for some hybrid working once you`ve proved yourself.
