The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be trusted to manage your own desk while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

• Build and develop lasting client partnerships

• Win new business through proactive business development

• Write engaging, informative CVs that showcase every candidate at their very best

• Challenge candidates, clients and colleagues in a constructive and informed way

• Source, interview and match high-quality candidates

• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Use your curiosity to uncover opportunities others might miss

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll enjoy building relationships, asking the right questions and always looking beyond the obvious.

• Previous recruitment experience is ideal but not essential

• Commercially aware with the ability to deliver results

• Confident identifying, winning and converting new business opportunities

• Naturally inquisitive and motivated by solving problems

• A confident communicator who isn`t afraid to challenge when needed

• Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for clients and candidates
