Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced Construction (or similar) Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to work for a well-established recruitment agency based in Ipswich? They will also consider fully remote roles too (for experienced billing consultants).

As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:-

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

• Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face

• Build client relationships and account manage clients.

• Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.

• Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.

To the successful Construction Recruitment Consultant, we offer:-
