We`re looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager - somebody who enjoys the resourcing and account management of a busy desk, as opposed to the sales.

This role is perfect for somebody who doesn`t want to sell; who enjoys working in a busy vibrant office, and who enjoys building relationships with clients and candidates alike, delivering and filling roles on a busy education sector desk.

As an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager you will be expected to:-

• Build relationships with candidates

• Be a natural communicator and experienced in dealing with clients and candidates alike

• Offer a good quality service to candidates and clients by selecting appropriate roles through good job matching and tight control

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face

• Possess an eagerness and keenness to do a good job
