As the Perms Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:-

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

• Be proactive in speccing out your niche candidates to an existing client database

• Build client relationships and account manage clients

• Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.

To the successful Perms Recruitment Consultant, we offer:-
