Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager

We`re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant or Account Manager who enjoys the candidate sourcing side of a busy desk. There is no sales element in this role, and you can work from home 2 days per week.

We`re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant or Account Manager who wants to work for a rapidly expanding and very busy recruitment agency who work in the IT sector.

This role will require you to source candidates for numerous positions via varying means including job boards, internal databases and Linked In etc.

As the Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant or Account Manager you will be:-

• Working as part of a team resourcing candidates

• Responsible for delivering candidates to your team of Consultants

• Manage all advert responses

• Proactively source for those hard-to-find candidates

• Recruit IT sector staff

• Build relationships with candidates (and clients if you want to)

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone

• The opportunity (if you want to) to account manage multiple IT clients

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
