As the Senior Recruitment Consultant / Divisional Manager you will be expected to:-

• Manage a team of 2 Consultants, with the view to growing it to a team of 5 quickly.

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

• Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face

• Build client relationships and account manage clients.

• Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.

To the successful Senior Recruitment Consultant / Divisional Manager we offer:-

• Salary of up to £40k doe

• A generous monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus scheme

• 25 days holidays (rising to 30)

• The option to WFH 2 days per week
