The Role

As a USA Recruitment Consultant, you`ll:

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk within the US engineering market

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the East Coast of America

• Develop new business opportunities and grow your own client portfolio

• Source, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Write engaging job adverts and proactively attract talent through multiple channels

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish

• Work towards KPIs and revenue targets within a high-performing team

• Work flexible hours to support the US market

About You

To succeed as a USA Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have:

• Previous 360 recruitment or proven sales experience

• A strong track record of winning business and building relationships

• The ambition to develop a long-term career within an international market

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine drive to succeed

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• A desire to relocate to Austin, Texas as the US business continues to expand
