The Role

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be responsible for managing a full 360 recruitment desk, building relationships with existing clients and developing new business across the local area.

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Win new business and grow your client portfolio

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Source, interview and place temporary and permanent staff

• Negotiate offers and provide an excellent recruitment service

• Visit clients and represent the business professionally

About You

To succeed as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, isn`t afraid to pick up the phone and has the drive to develop business.

• Previous 360 agency recruitment experience

• A proven track record of winning new business

• Confident making sales calls and developing client relationships

• Stable career history with no frequent job moves

• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

• Healthcare or NHS recruitment backgrounds won`t be suitable for this role
