The Role
As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be responsible for managing a full 360 recruitment desk, building relationships with existing clients and developing new business across the local area.
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Win new business and grow your client portfolio
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, interview and place temporary and permanent staff
- Negotiate offers and provide an excellent recruitment service
- Visit clients and represent the business professionally
About You
To succeed as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, isn`t afraid to pick up the phone and has the drive to develop business.
- Previous 360 agency recruitment experience
- A proven track record of winning new business
- Confident making sales calls and developing client relationships
- Stable career history with no frequent job moves
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Healthcare or NHS recruitment backgrounds won`t be suitable for this role
