• Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and 8am-4pm every Friday

• Shared on-call rota across a team of 6-7 people

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you`ll:

• Manage a busy temporary Driving desk

• Recruit and place professional drivers into temporary assignments

• Build strong relationships with candidates and existing clients

• Fill bookings quickly and efficiently

• Deliver an excellent service throughout the recruitment process

• Work closely with an experienced and supportive team

• Use a new recruitment CRM as the business transitions to Matchmaker

About You

You`ll be a Senior Recruitment Consultant who:

• Has previous agency recruitment experience

• Has Driving recruitment experience, or experience in another temporary recruitment sector

• Enjoys building relationships with candidates

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

• Wants to concentrate on recruitment rather than spending every day making sales calls
