The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you`ll take ownership of your own 360 education recruitment desk while helping to rebuild and grow the Birmingham operation.

• Develop new business across Primary, Secondary or SEND education

• Build long-term relationships with schools and academy trusts

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Source, interview and support high-quality education professionals

• Negotiate offers and maintain strong client partnerships

• Work closely with an experienced leadership team as the business continues to expand

• Play an active role in the future growth of the Birmingham office

About You

To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already have experience within education recruitment and enjoy running a desk with a high level of autonomy.

• Previous education recruitment experience

• Strong 360 recruitment background

• Comfortable developing new business and managing client relationships

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach

• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
