The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage your own 360 recruitment desk within specialist technical markets, giving you the opportunity to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Develop new business and win new clients

• Build and manage existing client relationships

• Source, interview and shortlist candidates

• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to offer and start

• Negotiate offers and provide advice throughout the recruitment journey

• Work towards achievable activity and revenue targets with the support of an experienced management team

About You

We`re keen to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultant professionals who enjoy building relationships and want to develop a long-term career within a specialist recruitment business.

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• Happy managing a 360 recruitment desk

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills

• Confident on the phone with a resilient, commercial approach

• Open to moving into a technical or specialist recruitment sector
