The Role

As an On Site Recruitment Account Manager, you`ll divide your time between supporting key on-site clients and working from the branch, helping to keep recruitment running smoothly across multiple accounts.

You`ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing existing client relationships

• Acting as the main point of contact for your on-site account

• Understanding workforce requirements and coordinating recruitment activity

• Working closely with recruiters to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently

• Spending two days each week in the branch resourcing candidates for branch clients

• Writing and placing job adverts across a range of vacancies

• Managing multiple client requirements and prioritising workloads

• Answering incoming calls and supporting the branch reception when required

• Providing regular updates to clients and internal teams

• Attending client meetings and site visits

• Building trusted, long-term partnerships while delivering an excellent recruitment service

About You

To succeed as an On Site Recruitment Account Manager, you`ll enjoy building relationships, staying organised and juggling a varied workload. You`ll be someone who is happy switching between client-facing responsibilities and supporting a busy recruitment branch.

You`ll have:

• Previous experience in an on-site recruitment or recruitment account management role

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

• A willingness to get involved with all aspects of the branch when needed

• A full UK driving licence
