The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a 360 recruitment desk covering temporary and permanent vacancies

• Recruit across commercial, manufacturing, engineering, production and other multi-sector roles

• Build relationships with both existing and prospective clients

• Source, interview and manage candidates through the recruitment process

• Develop new business opportunities across the local market

• Manage temp, temp-to-perm and permanent assignments

• Work closely with an experienced and supportive branch team

• Deliver a high level of service to both clients and candidates

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• Experience within any recruitment sector

• A team-player mentality and willingness to support colleagues

• Strong relationship-building and business development skills

• The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload

• A proactive and hands-on approach to recruitment
