The Role

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a busy 360 recruitment desk

• Develop new business opportunities

• Build and grow existing client relationships

• Recruit temporary and permanent Industrial staff

• Visit clients across the local area

• Match quality candidates to vacancies

• Deliver an excellent service to both clients and candidates

About You

To be successful as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• An Industrial recruitment background

• Strong business development and client management skills

• A proactive, relationship-focused approach

• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
