The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage a 360 desk within your specialist market, recruiting across both temporary and permanent vacancies.

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients

• Generate new business opportunities

• Source, interview and place high-quality candidates

• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Develop your desk and grow long-term accounts

• Deliver an excellent service to both clients and candidates

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• A proven track record within your specialist recruitment sector

• Experience recruiting temporary, permanent or both

• Strong business development and account management skills

• A proactive approach and the drive to build a successful desk
