The Role

As the Recruitment Branch Manager, you`ll take responsibility for leading an established team of four consultants, creating consistency, improving processes and driving branch performance.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters

  • Introduce structure, accountability and best practice

  • Manage and grow a successful education recruitment branch

  • Develop existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities

  • Support recruitment across Primary, Secondary and SEND education

  • Work closely with the dedicated compliance team, allowing you to focus on managing people and growing the branch

  • Play a key role in the branch`s future growth as it develops within the Birmingham market

 

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Branch Manager, you`ll be an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to lead from the front.

 

  • Previous agency recruitment experience

  • Education recruitment experience would be an advantage, although recruiters from other sectors will also be considered

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Comfortable managing performance and implementing effective processes

  • Commercially minded with strong business development and relationship-building skills

  • A resilient personality who enjoys making a positive impact
