• Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the Northampton office

• Open-ended commission structure with 22% paid on all monthly billings once £15,001 is achieved

• Commission threshold starting at £3k per month

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

The Role

As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be responsible for building a new commercial desk, developing relationships with new and existing clients and managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.

• Build a profitable 360 commercial recruitment desk

• Grow relationships with existing clients already using the business for industrial recruitment

• Source, interview and place permanent commercial candidates

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion

• Become a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates

About You

To succeed as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• At least two years` agency recruitment experience

• A successful background in permanent recruitment

• Confidence in business development and winning new clients

• A proactive approach and the drive to build your own market

• The motivation to maximise an uncapped commission scheme
