The Role

As the Recruitment Branch Manager, you`ll take responsibility for an established Industrial recruitment branch with an existing client base and plenty of opportunity to grow.

• Lead and develop the branch

• Drive business development across the local area

• Build long-term client relationships

• Manage and grow existing accounts

• Recruit, coach and develop your own team

• Ensure excellent service to both clients and candidates

• Work closely with the wider business to continue expanding the branch

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Branch Manager, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment agency experience

• Experience managing or leading a recruitment team

• A strong track record in business development

• The ability to motivate, coach and develop others

• Experience within any recruitment sector

• The drive to grow both a branch and a team
