The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you`ll:

• Manage a 360 education recruitment desk

• Develop new business across your geographical patch

• Build long-term relationships with schools and education professionals

• Source, interview and place high-quality candidates

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Maximise opportunities within both existing and new accounts

• Deliver an outstanding service to clients and candidates alike

About You

To succeed as an Education Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• A genuine passion for building lasting client relationships

• Strong business development skills

• A driven, self-motivated approach

• The ambition to maximise your earnings through an exceptional commission structure

• A full UK driving licence

Working Hours

Term Time

• 7:30am - 4:30pm

School Holidays

• During probation: 9:00am - 2:00pm

• After probation: 9:00am - 12:00pm or 12:30pm - 4:00pm
