The Role

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll take ownership of an existing temporary desk specialising in Industrial recruitment.

You`ll:

• Manage and develop an existing Industrial desk

• Build relationships with existing clients and win new business

• Recruit temporary Industrial and Hospitality staff.

• Source, interview and place quality candidates

• Fill bookings quickly while delivering a high level of service

• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Play an important part in the continued growth of the branch

About You

To succeed as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy developing business as much as delivering great service.

You`ll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment agency experience

• A background in Industrial recruitment

• A proactive approach to business development

• Strong relationship-building skills

• The ability to manage a busy temporary desk

• A positive attitude and the drive to grow your desk
