The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage a full 360 desk and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

• Managing and developing an established driving recruitment desk

• Building relationships with both existing and new clients

• Recruiting temporary drivers across multiple disciplines

• Managing candidate attraction, registrations and compliance

• Negotiating offers and maintaining service levels

• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

• Supporting clients with industrial requirements when required

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be someone who enjoys recruitment, values relationships and wants the freedom to get on with the job.

• Previous agency recruitment experience is essential

• Driving sector experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement

• Comfortable with business development and account management

• Happy working within a small, hands-on team

• Commercial, proactive and down to earth in your approach

• Someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and gets stuck in

• No egos and no nonsense
