The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be trusted to run your desk like your own business.

• Develop and grow your own revenue stream

• Win new clients and build long-term relationships

• Manage permanent, retained and temporary recruitment campaigns

• Deliver against live vacancies in a candidate-short market

• Head hunt and proactively source high-quality candidates

• Manage offers, negotiations and placements from start to finish

• Forecast your pipeline and performance accurately

This is a billing role. Success is measured by outcomes, revenue and relationships- not activity for activity`s sake.

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have:

• A proven track record of billing within agency recruitment

• Confidence winning new business and developing existing accounts

• Experience working in a fast-paced or candidate-short market

• A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for delivering results

• The resilience to overcome setbacks and keep moving forward

• The ambition to build something rather than simply maintain it

Experience within Early Years or Education recruitment would be welcomed, but it isn`t essential. If you`ve built a successful desk in another recruitment sector and know how to generate revenue, you`ll be given the support to learn the market.
