The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll take ownership of the Midlands market, building long-term relationships and developing new opportunities.

You will:

  • Manage and grow an established recruitment desk

  • Develop relationships with clients and candidates across your market

  • Build long-term partnerships throughout the Midlands

  • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates

  • Identify and win new business opportunities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement

  • Deliver an exceptional service to both clients and candidates

  • Work closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team

 

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

  • Previous agency recruitment experience in any sector

  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills

  • A personable and consultative approach

  • The confidence to build credibility with clients and candidates

  • The drive to develop your own market and make it your own

  • A team-focused attitude and desire to be part of a collaborative culture

Sector experience isn`t essential. Personality, relationship-building ability and a genuine passion for recruitment are far more important.
