The Role
As a USA Recruitment Consultant, you`ll:
- Manage a full 360 recruitment desk within the US engineering market
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the East Coast of America
- Develop new business opportunities and grow your own client portfolio
- Source, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Write engaging job adverts and proactively attract talent through multiple channels
- Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Work towards KPIs and revenue targets within a high-performing team
- Work flexible hours to support the US market
About You
To succeed as a USA Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have:
- Previous 360 recruitment or proven sales experience
- A strong track record of winning business and building relationships
- The ambition to develop a long-term career within an international market

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
