The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage your own 360 desk, building long-term relationships.

• Develop new business and grow existing client accounts

• Recruit professionals across your specialist sector

• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Negotiate offers and deliver an excellent recruitment experience

• Work closely with dedicated marketing, compliance and administration teams so you can focus on recruiting

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already understand what good recruitment looks like.

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• Experience of managing a 360 recruitment desk

• Education recruitment experience would be an advantage but isn`t essential

• Strong relationship-building and business development skills

• Motivated by delivering great service and growing your desk

• Looking for a business where your time is spent recruiting rather than completing paperwork
