The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have the autonomy to develop and grow your own specialist desk.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full 360 education recruitment desk

• Developing new business across schools throughout the East Midlands

• Building long-term relationships with schools and education professionals

• Recruiting teachers and support staff for temporary and permanent vacancies

• Working towards clear KPIs and sales targets with full support from leadership

• Contributing to a positive and ambitious team environment

About You
