The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate & Construction, you will:

• Manage a busy 360 recruitment desk

• Develop new business opportunities within the real estate and construction sectors

• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships

• Source, interview and manage high-quality candidates

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing clients, candidates and opportunities

• Contribute to a team-focused culture where success is celebrated together

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate & Construction, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience in a 360 role

• A proven track record of business development

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• A collaborative approach and willingness to share opportunities

• Drive, resilience and the ambition to build a successful desk

• The confidence to thrive in a professional, high-performing environment
