The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll work alongside an experienced manager, developing existing business while bringing on new clients of your own.

This is a busy, fast-moving desk where relationships, responsiveness and service matter just as much as sales ability. If you enjoy speaking to clients, filling jobs quickly and keeping lots of plates spinning, you`ll thrive here.

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous 360 recruitment experience

• Experience of working within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment, such as Industrial, Driving or similar sectors

• Confidence developing new business and building long-term client relationships

• Plenty of drive, resilience and personality

• A down-to-earth approach and the ability to fit into a friendly, hardworking team
