The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a busy 360 recruitment desk

• Build and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities

• Source, interview and match quality candidates to suitable vacancies

• Visit clients and become a trusted recruitment partner

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process

• Deliver an outstanding service to both clients and candidates

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• A driven and ambitious approach

• Strong business development and account management skills

• The confidence to manage a busy desk and build long-term client partnerships

• A genuine desire to develop your career within a successful national recruitment business

• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
