The Role

This Senior Recruitment Consultant opportunity will focus on developing the blue-collar construction market across the Birmingham postcode area.

• Managing and developing a temporary and/or permanent construction desk

• Building relationships with contractors and construction businesses across the region

• Winning new business and developing existing accounts

• Sourcing and interviewing quality construction candidates

• Attending client meetings and site visits

• Helping shape future growth plans for the Birmingham operation

About You

To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already understand what good recruitment looks like and enjoy building long-term relationships.

• Previous recruitment agency experience is essential

• Construction recruitment experience would be highly advantageous

• Experience within temporary, permanent or dual-desk recruitment considered

• Commercially minded with strong business development skills

• Ambitious and keen to progress into leadership in the future

• Able to work autonomously and build a local presence

• Full UK driving licence
