The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Take over and develop part of an established warm desk

• Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals

• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts

• Recruit across a range of education settings, including Primary and SEN

• Interview, register and place quality candidates

• Work towards achievable KPIs in a collaborative, high-performing team

• Deliver an exceptional service to both clients and candidates

About You

You`ll be a successful Education Recruitment Consultant who:

• Has previous recruitment experience, ideally within education

• Has experience recruiting into Primary or SEN, although sector experience isn`t essential

• Enjoys developing client relationships as well as winning new business

• Has a mature, professional approach and a strong work ethic

• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Is looking for a business that will invest in your long-term career
