The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and develop your own recruitment desk

• Build and develop relationships with both new and existing clients

• Sell recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face

• Account manage key clients and maximise opportunities within existing accounts

• Source, interview and select high-quality candidates

• Deliver an exceptional service to both clients and candidates

• Work towards agreed targets and action plans

• Play a key role in the continued growth of the branch

About You

We`re keen to speak with experienced recruiters who:

• Have previous agency recruitment experience

• Have experience within the Industrial or Commercial sectors, although other sectors will also be considered

• Enjoy business development and building long-term client relationships

• Are target driven and commercially minded

• Have a proactive and professional approach

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• Want to join a business where there are genuine opportunities to progress

• Hold a full UK driving licence
