The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage a full 360 desk within the engineering and automation market.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement

• Developing relationships with existing and new clients

• Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates

• Managing adverts and candidate attraction activity

• Building long-term talent pipelines within your market

• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion

• Developing into a trusted recruitment partner for your clients

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous 360 recruitment experience

• A proven track record of managing clients and vacancies

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills

• The ability to manage multiple live requirements simultaneously

• A consultative and professional approach

• The desire to build a long-term career within a specialist market

• The ability to attend training in Shifnal initially, with ongoing flexibility thereafter
