- Up to £36k base salary
- £5k car allowance
- Hybrid working office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, home Wednesday and Friday
- 4.5 day working week with a 12:45pm finish every Friday

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage an established desk across the West Midlands, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You`ll be responsible for:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Developing new business across the West Midlands
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Registering, interviewing and supporting high-quality candidates
- Arranging and attending face-to-face client meetings
- Matching the right people to the right opportunities
- Delivering an outstanding recruitment experience from start to finish
About You
To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy building genuine relationships rather than relying on hard selling.
You`ll ideally have:
- At least 12-18 months` recruitment experience
- A consultative, professional approach
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence developing business and managing client relationships
- A proactive, organised approach to managing your desk
- The ability to build trust with both clients and candidates
