The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll take ownership of a busy 360 recruitment desk, developing long-term client partnerships while identifying new business opportunities and mentoring less experienced colleagues where appropriate.

• Manage and grow an established client portfolio

• Win new business and develop long-term commercial relationships

• Source, interview and place temporary and permanent candidates

• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates

• Advise clients on recruitment strategies and market trends

• Maximise opportunities for permanent placements

• Visit clients and attend business meetings

• Support and share knowledge with colleagues across the team

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of building profitable client relationships and delivering results.

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• Strong business development and account management skills

• Commercially focused with a consultative approach

• Able to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• Self-motivated, resilient and organised

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
