The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll take ownership of a busy 360 recruitment desk, developing long-term client partnerships while identifying new business opportunities and mentoring less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
- Manage and grow an established client portfolio
- Win new business and develop long-term commercial relationships
- Source, interview and place temporary and permanent candidates
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Maximise opportunities for permanent placements
- Visit clients and attend business meetings
- Support and share knowledge with colleagues across the team
About You
To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of building profitable client relationships and delivering results.
- Previous agency recruitment experience
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Commercially focused with a consultative approach
- Able to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated, resilient and organised
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
