The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Run a full 360 healthcare recruitment desk

• Win new business and develop existing client relationships

• Recruit temporary or contract healthcare professionals

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Work closely with colleagues to maximise opportunities across the business

• Play a key part in the company`s continued expansion

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have:

• A strong track record in business development and sales

• Experience recruiting into temporary or contract markets

• Plenty of drive, resilience and ambition

• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office

• Healthcare recruitment experience would be advantageous, although other recruitment sector backgrounds will also be considered
