• Basic salary of up to £30k DOE

The Role

This Recruitment Consultant role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships and winning new business.

• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts

• Recruiting across Industrial, Engineering, Construction and Commercial sectors

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy intake through to placement

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Working closely with the senior servicing team and resourcers

• Running your desk with plenty of autonomy and flexibility

About You

You`ll already be working as a Recruitment Consultant or within a similar 360 recruitment role and be looking for more freedom and support.

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• Comfortable developing new business opportunities

• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload

• Enjoy building long-term relationships

• Enjoy being part of a close-knit team with a good sense of humour
