The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Confidently pick up the phone to win business and generate vacancies

• Source, interview and place candidates

• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Deliver a professional service to both clients and candidates

• Develop long-term relationships across the local market

• Identify opportunities to grow and maximise your desk

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates over the phone

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

• The drive to grow your desk while delivering an excellent candidate experience

• The ability to build long-term partnerships and spot opportunities
