The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll take ownership of a desk where demand is already there. You`ll focus on building a strong candidate network while developing lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.

• Manage a 360 recruitment desk

• Recruit for temporary and permanent vacancies

• Source, interview and pre-screen high-quality candidates

• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Develop your own desk within a high-demand market

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process

• Pass successful candidates to the compliance team, allowing you to stay focused on recruiting

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where candidate relationships come first.

• Background in education recruitment is ideal, although health or another temporary recruitment sector will also be considered

• Confident building rapport with candidates and clients

• Motivated to develop and grow your own desk

• Positive, professional and relationship-driven
