The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage a busy 360 desk while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Develop new business opportunities

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Negotiate offers and provide a consultative service

• Deliver an excellent service to both clients and candidates

• Work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy building lasting client relationships.

• Previous 360 recruitment experience

• Strong business development skills

• A proactive, relationship-focused approach

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A full UK driving licence
