The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Run a full 360 healthcare recruitment desk
- Win new business and develop existing client relationships
- Recruit temporary or contract healthcare professionals
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Work closely with colleagues to maximise opportunities across the business
- Play a key part in the company`s continued expansion
About You
To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll have:
- A strong track record in business development and sales
- Experience recruiting into temporary or contract markets
- Plenty of drive, resilience and ambition
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office
- Healthcare recruitment experience would be advantageous, although other recruitment sector backgrounds will also be considered
