About You
To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:
- Previous 360 recruitment experience
- Experience of working within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment, such as Industrial, Driving or similar sectors
- Confidence developing new business and building long-term client relationships
- Plenty of drive, resilience and personality
- A down-to-earth approach and the ability to fit into a friendly, hardworking team
