Researcher - Executive Search / Recruitment Consultant

We`re looking for an experienced Executive Search Researcher / Recruitment Consultant, somebody who enjoys the candidate side of working on a Professional Services / Executive Search desk in a busy vibrant office.

This role is perfect for somebody who doesn`t want to sell; and who is experienced in executive search / head hunting. You will be working from home 2 days per week in this hybrid role. Some flexibility in your working hours is also potentially available.

You will need to be conversant with, and comfortable with, working with candidates whose salary brackets are £80k+. As an experienced Executive Search Researcher / Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-

• Build relationships with multiple candidates

• Be a natural communicator and experienced in dealing with senior level professionals

• Be able to demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic and confident personality.

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates

• Be results driven with a proven ability to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace

• Possess a strong business and commercial acumen

• Be articulate, well presented and sharp

• A basic salary up to £35k + Bonus
