The Role

As a 360 Executive Search Recruitment Consultant, you`ll become a trusted adviser within your market, developing relationships with senior leaders and delivering exceptional executive search solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building long-term relationships with senior clients and industry leaders

  • Winning and managing retained executive search assignments

  • Mapping niche markets and identifying exceptional talent

  • Engaging and influencing senior candidates and passive talent

  • Partnering with dedicated Researchers to deliver assignments

  • Advising clients on market intelligence and talent trends

  • Developing your own special ism within the energy and clean technology sectors

  • Becoming recognised as a genuine market expert and trusted partner

This is a role for someone an Executive Search Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the consultative and strategic side of recruitment and wants to work on assignments where quality and relationships genuinely matter.

About You

You`ll likely be:

  • An experienced headhunter, Executive Search Recruitment Consultant, search professional or recruiter with a highly consultative approach

  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives

  • Naturally curious and skilled at opening doors and building credibility

  • Someone who enjoys market mapping, networking and uncovering hidden talent

  • Commercially minded and capable of developing long-term client partnerships

  • Looking to move away from transactional recruitment into a more mature, strategic environment
