As a 360 Executive Search Recruitment Consultant, you`ll become a trusted adviser within your market, developing relationships with senior leaders and delivering exceptional executive search solutions.
Responsibilities will include:

Building long-term relationships with senior clients and industry leaders

Winning and managing retained executive search assignments

Mapping niche markets and identifying exceptional talent

Engaging and influencing senior candidates and passive talent

Partnering with dedicated Researchers to deliver assignments

Advising clients on market intelligence and talent trends

Developing your own special ism within the energy and clean technology sectors
